We’re looking for experienced Senior Florists to join our friendly teams at InBloom Florist in Warringah Mall, Chatswood Chase, Westfield Eastgardens and our new store at Broadway Sydney. 🌿 Key Responsibilities

• Design and arrange fresh flowers into unique and visually appealing bouquets, centrepieces and floral creations

• Assist customers with warm, knowledgeable service, guiding them to choose flowers suited to their occasion

• Maintain flower and product inventory, including receiving, processing and caring for fresh deliveries

• Ensure the workspace and displays are clean, organised and beautifully presented

• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the store’s success

💐 What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a senior florist or similar role

• Strong floral design skills with an eye for colour, texture and balance

• Excellent customer service skills and a positive, team-focused attitude

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Genuine passion for flowers and commitment to high-quality work
