supporting documentation and completed works.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain variation registers and assist with the preparation, pricing and assessment of where appropriate.Variations, Claims and Extensions of Time•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate the preparation and submission of variation claims in accordance with contractual requirements.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Review variations submitted by subcontractors and assess them against the relevant scope and contract.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain detailed variation and claims registers.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with the preparation and assessment of extension of time claims.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor project delays, changes in scope and other events that may give rise to contractual entitlements.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure contractual notices are prepared and submitted within prescribed timeframes.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain supporting documentation and evidence for variations, claims and delay events.Project Documentation and Reporting•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain organised and accurate project files, registers and contractual records.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Prepare regular contractual and commercial reports for Project Managers and senior management.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in preparing project documentation for internal reviews, client meetings and commercial negotiations.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate the distribution and filing of drawings, specifications, contracts, correspondence and other project documentation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure documentation is appropriately recorded and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist with project close-out, including final accounts, defects documentation, warranties, releases and other completion requirements.Compliance and Risk Management•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensure contract administration activities comply with applicable legislation, contractual requirements, company policies and project procedures.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assist in identifying contractual, commercial and project risks.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain appropriate records to support the company's contractual position.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Monitor compliance with insurance, licensing, safety and other <h3>Qualification & experience</h3>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Relevant Diploma qualification or higher•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;At least 12 months of work experience in contract administration within the construction industry•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience administering construction contracts, subcontractor agreements and project documentation.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with variations, progress claims, procurement and project cost reporting.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of Australian construction industry practices and contractual requirements.•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience working with construction project management and document control systems.&nbsp;
