coordination of engaging digital and social media content across our restaurant portfolio.</p><p>The successful candidate will work across our venues to create compelling visual and written content and written content across the Group's restaurant venues for use on social media, websites and other digital marketing platforms.</li><li>Plan, film, photograph, edit and prepare engaging restaurant, food, beverage, venue, event and promotional content.</li><li>Develop creative concepts and content for marketing campaigns in accordance with each venue's individual brand identity and commercial objectives.</li><li>Write, schedule and publish social media posts, Reels, Stories and other digital content across multiple restaurant brands.</li><li>Maintain and manage the Group's social media and content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publication of content.</li><li>Plan content requirements in advance in accordance with the Group's rolling marketing calendar, campaigns, promotions and major events.</li><li>Maintain and organise the Group's digital content and asset library.</li><li>Create and coordinate content for websites, restaurant listings and other relevant digital channels.</li><li>Monitor social media and content performance, identify successful content and use performance insights to improve future content.</li><li>Develop engaging content and campaign concepts designed to increase audience engagement, brand awareness, restaurant enquiries and bookings.</li><li>Coordinate content requirements for restaurant launches, menu changes, promotions, special events, private dining and seasonal campaigns.</li><li>Work closely with Group Operations, Venue Managers and Head Chefs to identify upcoming content opportunities and ensure campaigns accurately represent each restaurant and its offering.</li><li>Prepare content and creative briefs for approved digital marketing and advertising campaigns.</li><li>Coordinate content requirements with the Group's digital marketing function to ensure advertising campaigns have appropriate creative assets, copy and supporting material.</li><li>Support PR and media activities by developing relevant visual and digital content and coordinating content associated with media and influencer visits.</li><li>Ensure all published content maintains a high standard of visual storytelling and is consistent with the identity, positioning and marketing objectives of each restaurant brand.</li><li>Review content and campaign results and contribute recommendations for future marketing and content years of closely related work experience will substitute</li><li>Demonstrated professional experience in digital content creation, social media content and multimedia production.</li><li>Strong photography and videography skills, particularly for hospitality, food, lifestyle or consumer brands.</li><li>Advanced video editing and post-production capabilities.</li><li>Experience creating engaging content for web, social media, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other digital platforms.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts and translate marketing objectives into engaging visual content.</li><li>Experience managing content calendars and publishing schedules across multiple brands or business locations.</li><li>Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement and digital storytelling.</li><li>Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or comparable professional content-production software.</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple shoots, campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with venue managers, chefs, marketing personnel and other stakeholders.</li><li>Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, audiovisual production, digital media or a related discipline, or substantial relevant professional experience.</li></ul><p>Experience producing content for <strong>restaurants, hospitality, hotels, food and beverage or lifestyle brands</strong> will be highly regarded.</p>
