We take on a handful of searches at a time, which means when we tell you a client is worth your attention, we have already done the work to make sure that is true.
This client is one of the good ones. An established Australian technology business, growing quickly, building tools for the people who run country. Producers, graziers, rural operators. The ones making a hundred consequential decisions before most of Sydney has located its first coffee. The work sits somewhere between the paddock and the platform, and they need someone who can carry that story into people's inboxes and feeds without flattening it.
The job in one line
Own the social channels and the email programme, and keep them full of content that rings true.
What you will actually own:
Social media. The channels are yours. Planning them, filling them, growing them. Building a calendar that survives contact with reality, publishing with a consistent rhythm, and reading the numbers afterwards so the next month is sharper than the last. You will know the difference between content that performs and content that merely posts, and you will have opinions about why.
Email marketing. The other half of the role. Customer communications, campaigns and the sequences that carry people through their first year and well past it. Writing that is warm and clear, segmented sensibly, and measured properly. Email is where a lot of the commercial value of this job quietly lives, and the right person treats it with as much care as the hero video.Between the two, the work has a job to do at every stage. The video sideThis is the second string, but it matters. A good deal of raw footage and photography already comes in from the client's business development managers, who are out on properties across the country every week and never short of a camera. Your job is to take what they capture and shape it.

The Role
You'll lead content across our client portfolio and our own brand. This is not a "schedule the posts" job. You'll take a brief, understand the business behind it, decide what the content needs to do, and then make it, whether that's a video edit, a static, a caption, or a full campaign concept.
You'll also be a co-face of the agency. Our founders appear in our content, and you will too. We build in public, we make skits about the industry, and our own channels are our best sales tool. If you want to hide behind a screen, this isn't your role. If you've always wanted your face and your work to build an audience, it is.
What You'll Do

 <li>Edit video at a high level. Short-form and long-form across CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe. Pacing, sound design, hooks, captions; you know an edit is a story told at speed, and you cut accordingly.</li>
 <li>Design statics that stop the scroll. Figma, Canva, Higgsfield, and Claude for image and design work. You move fluently between tools and pick the right one for the job.</li>
 <li>Write. Captions, hooks, scripts, threads, long-form LinkedIn posts. Copy is half the craft, and yours holds attention without begging for it.</li>
 <li>Think in funnels, not posts. You understand where each piece of content sits: what builds awareness, what builds trust, what converts. You can explain why a piece exists and what it's supposed to make someone do next.</li>
 <li>Read platforms like a native. You know when a TikTok trend is worth jumping on and when it's already dead, why the same idea needs a different cut for Reels versus LinkedIn, and which lever to pull when a client needs reach versus leads.</li>
 <li>Run with briefs. We'll give you context, objectives, and constraints. You'll come back with the work, plus a point of view on how to make it better. You don't need hand-holding between the brief and the deliverable.</li>
 <li>Appear on camera. Skits, talking-head content, behind-the-scenes, client shoots. You'll co-front the Innovize brand alongside the founders.</li>

About the role
As a content creator you will receive a content brief and will be responsible for capturing unmissable moments to produce high quality short form content across Bella Live events, including nightclub events, live entertainment and DJs.

The Rev. Bill Crews Foundation (‘BCF’) is one of Sydney’s most trusted frontline charities and has been supporting the community for nearly 40 years. Our mission is to address homelessness and hardship by providing essential services including food, social welfare, healthcare, education, and community programs.
Behind the scenes, our Content Creator helps bring BCF's work to life by capturing authentic stories, creating engaging content and ensuring our mission reaches the people who need to hear it most.
THE ROLE
This role requires strong photography skills and extensive hands-on camera experience.
We're looking for a creative, passionate and motivated Content Creator to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys storytelling through photography, videography, graphic design and written content. Working closely with the Brand Content Coordinator, you'll help bring BCF's mission to life by creating engaging content across our social media channels, fundraising campaigns, marketing materials and organisational communications.
You'll have the opportunity to capture authentic stories, attend events, develop creative content ideas and contribute to meaningful campaigns that make a real difference in the community.
This role is ideal for a content creator who is proactive, visually driven and eager to build their skills within the not-for-profit sector.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends, after-hours and public holidays, including Christmas Day, is required as part of the role. 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As our Content Creator, your responsibilities will include:
<ul>
<li>Creating engaging photography, videography, graphic design and written content across digital and print channels.</li>
<li>Capturing authentic stories that showcase BCF's impact while maintaining dignity, respect and ethical storytelling practices.</li>
<li>Producing content for social media, fundraising appeals, campaigns, marketing initiatives and organisational communications.</li>
<li>Assisting with the creation of marketing collateral and promotional materials.</li>
<li>Scheduling and publishing content across BCF's social media platforms.</li>
<li>Monitoring community engagement, comments and direct messages, responding appropriately and escalating where required.</li>
<li>Supporting event coverage through photography, videography and live content creation.</li>
<li>Maintaining and organising BCF's digital asset library, including images, videos and design files.</li>
<li>Ensuring all content aligns with BCF's brand guidelines, visual identity and tone of voice.</li>
<li>Collaborating with internal teams to identify and develop new storytelling opportunities.</li>
<li>Incorporating feedback and revisions to deliver polished, high-quality content.</li>
</ul>
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You are a creative storyteller with strong visual communication skills and a passion for creating meaningful content. You're organised, proactive and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality outcomes.
You'll also bring:

<li>1-2 years' experience in content creation, digital marketing or a similar role.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience creating photography, videography, graphic design and written content for digital platforms.</li>
<li>A portfolio showcasing your creative work.</li>
<li>Experience using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and Lightroom (or equivalent software).</li>
<li>Experience using social media scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite.</li>
<li>Confidence using DSLR or mirrorless cameras, with an understanding of composition, lighting and visual storytelling.</li>
<li>Excellent copywriting and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing professional-quality work.</li>
<li>A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and generate new content ideas.</li>
<li>Empathy and professionalism when working with sensitive stories and vulnerable communities.</li>

The role will use channel insights to guide and improve content creation for both internal and external audiences, ensuring consistent and effective communication across all digital channels. About you: Tertiary education in Media, Communications, Arts and/or relevant experience in content creation, publishing on digital channels and content management systems.Experience developing, implementing and tracking digital communication strategies.High-level experience in a wide variety of existing and emerging digital platforms.Ability to demonstrate production of compelling content that achieves corporate objectives and reinforces key messaging.Demonstrated experience in filming, video editing, image editing and writing skills, coupled with a high-level attention to detail and talent for crafting engaging short-form video and digital content.Experience with analytics suites (Google Analytics), EDM software (Mailchimp), community management software (Sprout) and working with Adobe Creative Suite, ideally InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Pro.Knowledge of and interest in the Australian screen and games sector.
