Are you passionate about powersports and an expert in all things mechanical, We're looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Mechanic to join our team at Seadoo/Can Am.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on all models of Sea-Doo PWC and Can Am on road and off-road vehicles.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and service new and used units.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of all work performed.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with customers about their service needs and repair status.</li>
<li>Promote a safe and healthy working environment whilst fostering a fun and capable workshop.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>A light/heavy vehicle, motorcycle, marine or auto electrical mechanical trade is required.</li>
<li>Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a mechanic in automotive, marine, motorcycle, or heavy vehicle repair</li>
<li>Proven experience as a personal watercraft technician or motorcycle mechanic specifically with Sea-Doo/Can Am is highly advantageous.</li>
<li>Strong diagnostic skills and critical thinking.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license is required and a forklift ticket is an advantage.</li>
