We are currently working on a number of exciting projects and are looking to expand our team.&nbsp;&nbsp;We are currently seeking an Experienced&nbsp;Graduate of Architect&nbsp;with 1-4years’ experience who is&nbsp;looking to develop their career. You will be an Architectural BIM and Digital Innovation Specialist, where you'll lead BIM delivery, develop AI-powered workflows, leverage automation technologies, and help shape the future of digital project delivery.&nbsp;Your duties will include:&nbsp;<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Contributing to design projects from conception to completion</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Creating, interpreting and developing design concepts</li></ul>&nbsp;Essential Criteria:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="text-align:justify;">Master or Bachelor Degree in&nbsp;Architecture and/or higher qualification in related discipline with at least 1-4 years of relevant work experience&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">The successful candidate must have led project BIM management through various project phases.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">A strong background in BIM knowledge ie ISO 19650 and associated workflows e.g. IFC data validation.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Keen interest in cutting edge technology for streamline daily processes.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Revit&nbsp;skills delivering medium to large scale projects is a must have.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Strong problem-solving skills utilising automation software (Dynamo) is an advantage</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Experience in developing various AI solution and workflows&nbsp;is a must.</li><li style="text-align:justify;">A strong work ethic and an “all in” attitude</li><li style="text-align:justify;">An eagerness to learn and a commitment to deliver outstanding work&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Detailed understanding of construction/procurement process</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Evidence of ongoing professional development&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Software experience<ul><li style="text-align:justify;">Autodesk Forma Suite</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Revit</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Navisworks</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Dynamo</li><li style="text-align:justify;">MS Powerapp/Power Automate</li><li style="text-align:justify;">N8N</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Claude Code/Codex/MCP</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Postgres/Vector Database</li></ul>In return you will receive:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;"><li style="text-align:justify;">Package: $79,423 per annum + Superannuation&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Position: Full time (38 hours a week)</li><li style="text-align:justify;">Ongoing support from our team</li></ul>Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
