About the role
We are looking for a qualified Carpenter to join our site teams on residential projects across the Eastern Suburbs. This is a full-time, ongoing position of 38 hours per week, based on site and reporting to the Site Manager.
Key responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Working from architectural, structural and shop drawings, plans and specifications, and setting out from them</li>
<li>Measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling and joining timber and timber substitutes</li>
<li>Constructing and erecting wall frames, floor systems, roof frames and structural timber elements</li>
<li>Erecting and stripping formwork for concrete structures</li>
<li>Installing external and internal elements — cladding, linings, doors, windows, decking, stairs and balustrades</li>
<li>Fixing architraves, skirtings, joinery and internal fit-out components to a high-end finish</li>
<li>Ordering and taking delivery of materials, checking quantities against orders, and managing material handling on site</li>
<li>Carrying out repairs, remedial works and defect rectification</li>
<li>Operating and maintaining hand and power tools and site equipment safely</li>
<li>Working to the National Construction Code, Australian Standards, SWMS and site safety requirements</li>

About you
<ul>
<li>Certificate III in Carpentry (CPC30220), or an equivalent trade qualification or formally recognised skills</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience working as a carpenter in residential construction</li>
<li>The ability to read and set out from architectural and structural drawings without close supervision</li>
<li>A current NSW Construction Induction card (White Card)</li>
<li>A current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport</li>
<li>Your own basic hand tools</li>
<li>A working knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards and WHS obligations</li>
<li>Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work well in a site team</li>
<li>The right to work in Australia</li>
