We are looking for a full time experienced Office Manager!&nbsp;This is a key leadership position at&nbsp;WISE EARTH BUSH SCHOOL PTY LTD that requires excellent organisational, communication and people management skills.The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficient administrative systems, supporting staff and maintaining compliance with organisational policies.&nbsp;The successful applicant will be responsible for:<ul><li>Contributing to the planning, implementation and review of office services, including setting priorities and maintaining office service standards.</li><li>Allocating human resources, office space and equipment to ensure efficient operations.</li><li>Assigning work to administrative staff, monitoring work performance and providing leadership, guidance, and support.</li><li>Managing office records, financial accounts and administrative systems while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.</li><li>Ensuring office equipment, administrative resources and supplies are maintained and available for daily operations.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and maintaining a safe workplace&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring all office operations comply with relevant government legislation, organisational policies, and procedures.</li><li>Coordinating personnel activities, including recruitment, onboarding, promotions, performance management, payroll administration, staff training and supervision.</li></ul>The successful candidate will possess:<ul><li>Diploma level qualification or above</li><li>Minimum 1 year relevant work experience&nbsp;</li><li>Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Experience managing administrative staff and coordinating office operations.</li><li>Knowledge of payroll, records management, and administrative systems.</li><li>Understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and relevant Australian legislation.</li><li>High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li></ul>Remuneration on offer between $79K to $81K depending on experience.&nbsp;If you meet the requirements listed above, please apply with a copy of your CV.&nbsp;
